If you have symptoms of the Coronavirus, such as fever, sore throat, sneezing and/or respiratory problems, we strongly advise you to stay at home. If you have already booked a ticket, it can be rebooked via your confirmation mail. We hope to see you when you are in good health again.
When you have purchased a ticket and would like to arrive earlier/later at Remastered, you can rebook your ticket yourself prior to the start of your time slot. Go to the confirmation mail and use the rebook link that you will find under the heading Change of plans, need an invoice.
Remastered is a joint experience that starts at set times. Visitors are advised to arrive at the venue minimum 15 minutes before the time indicated on their ticket. Visitors will be guided by our staff to follow a fixed route that takes them through different experiences before they reach the main hall. In the main hall the Remastered show starts at set times and will have a duration of about 30 minutes. After the show visitors leave the experience through the Earth alley taking them back to the Welcoming Area.
Yes, it is allowed to take photos and or videos! And please share and post your pictures using the hashtag #remasteredexperience. It’s not allowed to photograph/film with a flash, monopod, tripod or selfie stick.
During the summer months our terrace with 200 seats is open from 09.30 onwards. Here you can order food and drinks. You can also order pastries and drinks at the coffee counter inside. It is not allowed to bring your own food and beverages to Remastered or to carry food and beverages with you into the experience.
Yes, Remastered is wheelchair accessible. However, electric wheelchairs cannot be admitted because of the high risk of damage to sensitive equipment and projection surfaces. Please contact us for a tailor-made solution by sending an email to email@example.com.
From Rotterdam Central Station you can reach Remastered by tram or metro. You can use tramline 7 (get off at the Willemsplein stop) or metroline D or E in the direction of Slinge or Spijkenisse (De Akkers) (get off at the Leuvehaven stop). If you choose to come by metro, keep in mind that it is about a five minutes walk from the Leuvehaven stop to Remastered.
