What are the opening hours of Remastered?

Ticket Support (change your reserved date and time slot yourself)
Can’t make it at the date and time you booked? No problem. In the confirmation email of your ticket, there is a link where you can change the date and time slot yourself.
How much does a ticket for Remastered cost?
A ticket costs €24.50 for adults (ages 13+) and €16.50 for children (ages 6–12). Service fees are €1.45 per ticket.
Can I buy a ticket online?
Yes, tickets can be purchased online via the Remastered website on your desktop or smartphone.
I bought a ticket but haven’t received a confirmation. What should I do?
Send an email to info@remastered.nl
and we will handle it immediately.
Do I need to print my ticket for my visit to Remastered?
No, printing your ticket is not necessary. You can show your ticket on your smartphone for scanning upon arrival.
Can I refund my ticket after purchase?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your ticket using the link in your confirmation email to change the date and time slot.
Can I pay with a debit or credit card?
Yes, debit and credit card payments are accepted.
Can I pay with cash at Remastered?
Remastered is a card-only location. Cash payments are not accepted.
Why is it necessary to reserve a time slot?
Remastered is an experience that starts at set times. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your reserved time slot at our location (Willemsplein 79, Rotterdam). Remastered staff guide visitors along a fixed route through the various rooms and experiences. All visitors come together in the Main Hall, where the Remastered show starts at a fixed time and lasts approximately 30 minutes. After the show, you exit the experience through the Earth Alley and return to our Welcoming Area.
I have a CJP pass (or European Youth Card). Do I get a discount?
Yes, CJP and EYC pass holders receive a 25% discount on the regular ticket price.

Discount is valid only on the offered ticket type. Please show your CJP/EYC card for scanning at Remastered entrance.
Can I use my Museum Card to buy a ticket or get a discount?
Unfortunately, Museum Cards cannot be used for discounts.
I am a student. Can I get a student discount?
Unfortunately, student discounts are not available.
Is it possible to visit Remastered as a group?

Accessibility and Safety
Are lockers available to store my belongings?
Yes, lockers are available.
I lost something during my visit to Remastered. What should I do?

Can I visit Remastered if I have epilepsy or claustrophobia?
Remastered uses advanced lighting and audiovisual effects and is not suitable for people with epilepsy, as these effects can be intense and may trigger seizures.
Remastered also includes some narrow, dark spaces. If you are sensitive to claustrophobia, please inform one of our staff members in advance. They will guide you around these areas so you can enjoy the rest of the experience.
Can I leave the experience whenever I want?
Yes, you can inform one of our staff if you wish to leave. They will escort you back to the Welcoming Area.
Is Remastered suitable for children?
Remastered is suitable for children aged 6 and older, based on guidelines from the Dutch Institute for the Classification of Audiovisual Media (Kijkwijzer).
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed. If you use a service dog, please contact us in advance via: info@remastered.nl

Is Remastered wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Remastered is wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, electric wheelchairs cannot be accommodated due to the risk of damage to our sensitive equipment. A standard wheelchair and wheelchair-accessible restroom are available on-site.
Is there camera surveillance?
Yes, there is camera surveillance. Footage is kept for no longer than 4 weeks. However, in case of an incident (theft, vandalism, etc.), we reserve the right to retain footage for a longer period.

Is Remastered accessible by public transport?
Several public transport options are within walking distance: metro, tram, bus, train, and water bus.
From Rotterdam Central Station, you can reach Remastered via Metro lines D or E towards Slinge or De Akkers, and get off at Leuvehaven station.
