Remastered is hiding free tickets around the city to celebrate its first anniversary

Rotterdam – Remastered celebrates its first anniversary today (Monday 12 September). The interactive digital art experience at the foot of the Erasmus Bridge has now welcomed over 100,000 visitors and won the award for ‘Most Innovative Venue in the Netherlands’. To celebrate its first anniversary, Remastered has hidden 25 pairs of free tickets among artworks in the city centre

At Remastered in Rotterdam, you are transported into a digital world that stimulates your senses. Old master paintings come to life as visitors find themselves surrounded by marvellous animated characters from the works of Hieronymus Bosch, walking amongst Van Gogh’s masterpieces and dancing to the beats of Piet Mondrian’s Victory Boogie Woogie. These old masters, as well as Vermeer and Rembrandt, have been digitally reimagined by Nieuwe Hollandse Meesters – the finest Dutch digital studios, including Woodwork, Y=f(X) lab, YiPP and Studio Smack. Dutch DJ, producer and platinum-selling artist Sam Feldt provided the opening track for the finale.
