A ticket for Remastered is € 24,50 for adults (from 13 years old) and € 16,50 for children (6 to 12 years old).
Yes, it is possible to purchase a ticket online via the website of Remastered on your desktop or smartphone

When you have purchased a ticket and would like to arrive earlier/later at Remastered, you can rebook your ticket yourself prior to the start of your time slot via https://ticket.remastered.nl/en/ticketsupport.

It is not necessary to print your ticket prior to your visit. On arrival, you can open your e-ticket on your smartphone and have it scanned.

It is not possible to return tickets. You can, however, rebook your ticket via https://ticket.remastered.nl/en/ticketsupport

Yes, it is possible to pay with your debit or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
You can only pay with a debit or credit card. It’s not possible to pay with cash.
Remastered is a joint experience that starts at set times. Visitors are advised to arrive at the venue minimum 15 minutes before the time indicated on their ticket. Visitors will be guided by our staff to follow a fixed route that takes them through different experiences before they reach the main hall. In the main hall the Remastered show starts at set times and will have a duration of about 30 minutes. After the show visitors leave the experience through the Earth alley taking them back to the Welcoming Area.

As an European Youth Card holder, you are eligible for a 25% discount on the regular ticket price. The discount is only available through this link: https://ticket.remastered.nl/nl/cjp/tickets

Please note that the discount is only valid for the offered ticket type. When entering Remastered, make sure to present your European Youth Card for scanning to avail the discount.

At the moment it is not possible to make use of discounts with your Museum Pass.

Yes this is possible if your party is more than 25 persons. Please send an e-mail to info@remastered.nl so we can find the best tailor made solution for your groups requests.
Yes, it is allowed to take photos and or videos! And please share and post your pictures using the hashtag #remasteredexperience. It’s not allowed to photograph/film with a flash, monopod, tripod or selfie stick.

During the summer months our terrace with 200 seats is open from 09.30 onwards. Here you can order food and drinks. You can also order pastries and drinks at the coffee counter inside. It is not allowed to bring your own food and beverages to Remastered or to carry food and beverages with you into the experience.
Accessibility and Safety
Yes, there are lockers available. You can book a locker on site during your visit.

Remastered uses the most advanced techniques in light and audio-visual effect and is not suitable for those suffering epilepsy.  These effects can be perceived as intense. In rare occasions a seizure or dizziness may occur. If you are sensitive to these type of effects Remastered is not suitable. 

If for any reason you want to leave the experience you can make this known to one of our employees. They will escort you to the Welcoming Area.

Remastered is suitable for children from 6 years old and up. This is based on the guidelines by the Dutch Institute for the classification of Audio-visual Media (Kijkwijzer). No admittance for children under the age of 6 years old. 

Remastered is not suitable for pets and acces is not allowed.
Yes, Remastered is wheelchair accessible. However, electric wheelchairs cannot be admitted because of the high risk of damage to sensitive equipment and projection surfaces. Please contact us for a tailor-made solution by sending an email to info@remastered.nl.
We use camera surveillance on our premises for your and our safety. Camera recordings are stored for a period of 4 weeks. In case of an incident such as theft or injuries recordings may be used and stored for a longer period until the matter is resolved.
Location

From Rotterdam Central Station you can reach Remastered by  metroline D or E in the direction of Slinge or Spijkenisse (De Akkers) (get off at the Leuvehaven stop). If you choose to come by metro, keep in mind that it is about a five minutes walk from the Leuvehaven stop to Remastered.

Remastered is also easily accessible by Waterbus.

It is possible to park your car in the adjacent Erasmus garage (Willemsplein 100) or in the adjacent APCOA Scheepsvaartkwartier garage (Van Vollenhovenstraat 5G).

Remastered aims to be CO2 neutral from day one. Working from the registered CO2 footprint, we compensate our emissions by, for example, using regionally produced wind energy, a managed waste system and by buying CO2 emission allowances through Carbon Killers. Click here to read more about this.
